In an area known as Thessaloniki of Greece, there is a beautiful looking duplex in its contemporary design and décor all over it. It has its space spanning about 1,000 square feet with a wonderful view of Thermaic Gulf as one of the attractions to enjoy within its space. It was designed by NORMLESS Architecture Studio involving a full renovation of the entire two-floor space to enhance the functional aspect of the duplex. It is owned by a young family in its rapid growth with high concern of functional living space in the coziest atmosphere as possible.

To meet the demands of the family as its owner, the use of contemporary design and décor is perfect in this duplex. Every bit of space within the 1,000 square feet of this duplex has been utilized. The open room layout plan is in the interior of this duplex room is useful to improve the function of the room and the line of view that faces the beauty of the surrounding. The first level incorporates public spaces that include living room, kitchen, guest bedroom, and bathroom. Meanwhile, the second level has somewhat private spaces that include a bathroom and two bedrooms.

Within the kitchen are there is a set of blue finished cabinets in combination with warm woods as well as black details around the space. White, grey, and black are all incorporated into the rest of the interior space to boost the contemporary décor with just a bit of accentuating set of items in green and blue.

The living room features marble tile flooring along with a wicker planter to deliver unique flair and fresh feel instantly. There is a cozy sofa as well with a TV mounted on an accent wall made of concrete. Basically, within the living area, everything has its function aside from just being a decorative display of stuff. Meanwhile, the dining space is there between the kitchen and the living room. A table is accommodated smartly within the space by cutting out a bit of the wall there. There is a catchy sideboard there for storage space with magazine holder. Wooden stairs can be seen with beautiful lights on its railing as the way to go to the second floor. Herringbone tile flooring is therein white on the upper level. The master bedroom has its decent combination of grey and mint altogether.
